For thirty years Roxanne Tackett, RN has provided administrative leadership as VP of Operations, management leadership as house officer, fulfilled several director roles over emergency services, management over cardio pulmonary areas and consulting services for hospitals in Ohio, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin and North Carolina.

Her accomplishments include moving Emergency Services, Med Surg and Tele patient satisfaction ratings from the teens into the top 90%ile rankings of Press Ganey; slashing throughput times by 50%; assuring ED patients are seen by MDs in under 30 minutes; setting and meeting targets for order to inpatient bed placement in 45 minutes average; and achieving significant reductions in length of stay.

Roxanne has coached executives, physicians and management to successfully and reliably discharge inpatients from the hospital before 1 PM. She has developed and implemented systems which effectively and consistently meet core measures compliance of 98% or higher; and cut LWBS and AMA to less than 2% in total.

Producing rapid and sustained changes by aligning the interests of ED MDs, admitting MDs, surgeons, nurses, ancillary directors and hospital senior management has been her particular strength, as well as developing solid labor management strategies to assure high morale and high productivity. Roxanne has built solid Cardiac rehab, ambulatory, cardiopulmonary and pulmonary rehabilitation departments as part of facilitating successful strategic growth initiatives at her client¡¦s hospitals.
