Lisa Bodell had led many successful improvement projects as Project Manager since joining Compirion Healthcare Solutions in 2008. She is currently engaged in a house-wide improvement project at Duke University Hospital in Durham, South Carolina where she is working with hospital personnel on improving patient throughput and satisfaction. Duke has just received a unique award from Press Ganey for significant improvement in patient satisfaction ranking in a short period of time.

Before joining Compirion Healthcare Solutions, Bodell was the Emergency Department Manager at the VA Medical Center in North Chicago, Illinois where she developed the Emergency Department from the ground up and was the recipient of the Nurse of the Year Award. Bodell held various management positions and worked as a Emergency Department charge nurse at several medical facilities in the Midwest.

Bodell holds a Bachelors of Nursing from Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
